observer Posted May 4, 2008 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 Seems we taxpayers are paying for foreign health tourists to use our NHS. For once it seems it's not the Government to blame (at least not directly), but Trust Managers who don't even ascertain the origins of patients, those from countries not having reciprocal health arrangements with the UK should pay.
