STFC Daresbury Laboratory is holding a Mini Festival, where many departments will be opening their doors to showcase the fascinating work they take part in
As well as showcasing our science there will also be many other hands on activities around the site for visitors to take part in:
•Make your own rocket
•Take a walk through the solar system with our scaled down planet walk
•Visit our science centre
•See moon rocks which were brought back to Earth by astronauts in the Apollo mission
•A variety of hands on science activities
•Fun science games
•Visit our outside classroom
•Learn about light
•Find out about the history of computing
•And much more...!
All children must be accompanied by an adult. You will not be able to attend unless you have booked in advance:
