observer Posted November 26, 2014 Report Share Posted November 26, 2014 The news reported a fly tip in Thurrock over a mile long; saying it had been going on for three months, although it seems it would have taken longer. Question is: what were the Council, Police and local residents doing during this period? Surely as soon as the first rubbish was dumped, why didn't they monitor the site and catch the culprits in the act?
