reader Posted January 18, 2013 Report Share Posted January 18, 2013 I too would like to see political parties removed from local government. We have some good councilors ( and bad ) but I think their parties sometimes put the mocker of what they feel is right. As it happens I would vote for our local councilors (as individuals and ignoring party politics) cos I think nobody could do better, and the last lot did worse ! around here anyway plus one of them lives round the corner so is easily accessed. Well how's about you all standing for election next time round? If you can't do anything from without then try doing it from within. But not osberver.
