According to todays paper that's what one woman did. Bill Posted December 12, 2011 Report Share Posted December 12, 2011 Yes and these are generally the cases where it’ll turns out that the police have been informed a million times and done bugger all about it. I have a good friend who lived directly underneath a total loony who wasn’t just noisy and obnoxious, he used to shoot all the cats in the area and streetlights. Fortunately now has been evicted for his antisocial activities but prior to this, the police and authorities were totally useless and he’d openly taunt and play games with them whenever they decided to turn out. The sad thing is that in situations like this, far too many say that they don’t want to get involved for fear of retribution.
