Eagle
Wayne Rooney has apologized for the red card he received in the 73rd minute of England's game against Montenegro. The FA are pleased with the sincerity of his apology but are disturbed that he gave it four hours before kick off.
Peter T
Didn't watch the game so cannot really comment except to say that he is the only class player in the squad and still has a lot to learn like most blokes his age.
Egbert
Surely the words "class" and "Wayne Rooney" should not be used in the same sentence!
Peter T
He's head and shoulders(especially with his new barnet) above the others. And if he is good enough for Fergie, he'll do for me.

Wayne Rooney has a god given talent with skills in his footballing feet, unfortunately god omitted to fill his brain cavity with matching intelligence. Ian
Eagle, Somehow I think the humour was lost on some. Nice one though.

Perhaps his mates call him Bonehead.
