Geoffrey Settle Posted February 20, 2011 Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 Ok it wasn't spectacular but certainly worth the wait in the freezing cold and I've ticked off another of the 8 wonders of the world occuring in Warrington The weather was grey, very cold and the location on the banks of the Mersey very muddy but I hope you get the idea. The first I knew about it was hearing the sound of the wave as it approached the Ferry Tavern and headed my way.
