It seems a drinker in town thought he saw someone who had a grudge against him, so he sneaked up on him in the street and swung a punch, breaking his jaw. As it happens it was a case of mistaken identity. His punishment?-suspended sentence. After all that has happened in the last few months, isn't it time that courts started imposing proper sentences that will make a thug think twice before throwing a punch/taking a knife out with him etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
