wolfie
I believe in America that there are High Schools specifically for Gay's, Lesbians and Bi - sexual pupils only. Â Do they have an Equality Law in America?

wolfie
Not heard that one Wolfie  In 1984, gay and lesbian activists in New York spearheaded the first and largest U.S. high school specifically for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender students. The Hetrick Martin Institute in Manhattan houses the Harvey Milk High School, a public school that follows the New York City Board of Education's curriculum to educate about 100 students grades nine through 12.  That was the first 26 years ago. wolfie
Browsing through some parts of the Equality Laws I found this. Â The legal concept of ?third party harassment?, under which workers will be able to sue over jokes and banter they find offensive ? even if the comments are aimed at someone else and they weren?t there at the time the comments were made. Â A recipe for madness methinks

wolfie
Apparantly an employer can no longer ask anyone about their health record, Â So:- Â If you discipline an employee for taking too much sick leave they can claim they're being discriminated against.
