I finished going into the Stocks about 1979 ish, they used to have good bands on and the occasional local customer/pub singer, all good fun, I was mainly in the bar side, knew quite a few people then, although the best nights used to be in the Rope' on a Tuesday which also had some good bands.....still more good memories!
