observer Posted July 30, 2010 Report Share Posted July 30, 2010 Seems research is suggesting that curries are good for you and contain the ingredients to combat illness and disease - such as cooked tomatoes, tumeric, garlic, chilli etc - just use less oil/fat and more water in the cooking - anyone got any recipes?!
