Should Mr Cameron take over, he daren't take a day off or the press will hound him for neglecting the country. He surely must end up jaded - not the best method of captaining a ship. Even at the best of times, they place themselves on the dissecting table far too often. Tony Blair to me seems to have aged prematurely, possibly from the same cause.
