O'Loughlin was spoken to and penalised by referee Ben Thaler but avoided either a sin-binning or dismissal and today he given a caution by the RFL's match review panel. He's been doing it way before the tactics were adopted by Huddersfield closely followed by Wigan and now they're all at it. The game is being strangled.
