Mary
Heavy snow in most parts of the US, Eathrquakes in Chile and Argentina, Tsunami fears, very cold weather in Florida...This has been quite a winter for almost anyone. Just El Nino?
Peter T
Nah, just Mother Nature telling mankind that he is just a small insignificant speck on the planet.
observer
Despite all it's attempts to shrug off the itch called humanity, from the body of this planet, the itch keeps multiplying.
Dizzy
Chile earthquake is awful... but although of a much higher magnitude with over 500 times the force of the Haiti one the loss of life doesn't seen anywhere near as high thankfully. The scientists are getting a bit of a slating for advising various islands that a Tsunami killer wave was heading their way which caused mass panic and evacuation. Rather them cause 'needless' evacuations wherby people can then return home when it doesn't happen rather than to say nothing and for people to die in an unsuspected Tsunami though eh. Nature is a hard thing to predict and understand it seems

observer
According to NASA - the Chile earthquake, caused the Earth to move slightly on it's axis - scary or what?!

Peter T
According to NASA - the Chile earthquake, caused the Earth to move slightly on it's axis - scary or what?! That could cancel out the global warming effect. That would upset a lot of people and even make a lot redundant.
