indy Posted September 22, 2009 Report Share Posted September 22, 2009 As the dark winter nights begin to draw in and the land becomes chilled with penetrating frosts Archaeologist & Historian James Balme returns once again to the history books. Sat next to a roaring fire he is looking for more clues to the ancient landscape that surrounds him and to investigate more evidence our ancestors left behind in the soils of Cheshire. This film is dedicated to Albert, a great friend who shared the excitement and passion of what James has recovered over the years. Albert spent many a night reading books on the history of the area and absorbing thoughts of what might have been happening some 2000 years ago !!!! He will be sadly missed .....
