I did feel sorry for the lad who got sent off it was a Yellow card foul and did not merit the straight Red. Looks like Wayne Rooney is out for at least 2 months with a fracture of his foot. It was the lads first tackle of the game he had only been on the pitch 37 seconds before he walked the vast majority of referees would have booked the player. Would that be the same Graham Poll who showed the same player 3 yellow cards in one game, he's hardly a voice of reason I would listen too , as for Rob Styles he has a dreadful referee. Yes you would think that but Styles has a reputation of bottling it in front of the home crowd whether thats at Man U , Chelsea or Liverpool, and while we are on the subject of referees if I was a Villa fan I would be peeved at Mike Riley he was conned by Gerrard who went on to score what is likely to be the goal of the month if not season.
