observer Posted March 7, 2009 Report Share Posted March 7, 2009 Seems this restaurant was the best in the world (allegedly), with meals, including snail porridge, costing over a ?100 a time - now it seems 100s of customers have gone down with vomiting/diorea -but they can't find a cause - perhaps it was the bull s**t?! I saw him being interviewed last week, ( yes watched a bit of I must say very pants daytime TV while off on Annual Leave this last week). He was saying they'd done their best to find the cause, seems like a virus that visitors have caght from each other? Hestons got a new TV programme out about Victorian cooking, quite fascinating. observer Posted March 7, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2009 The problem with these TV cook ins; is that you can't even smell the food. let alone taste it - and none of the tasters seems to be honest about it - like "yuck, that's c**p" - guess it wouldn't make for good TV.
