Wingnut
I got behind one of the gritter wagons from the council on my way home tonight. I flashed my headlights at him and sounded my horn, to try and get his attention. I wanted to let him know he was spilling his load all over the road. But he completely ignored me. Complete waste of rate payers money or what?

Peter T
But if you crash coming out of it, the council will be responsible, just as it is wrong to clear the snow from outside your house. the responsibility is your's. A rule that I fail to understand.
