observer Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 Whilst making no apologies for Radovan Karoditch (the guy that has spent 13 years living under their noses in Belgrade); one just has to smile at the fickle nature of folk. During the Yogoslave civil war he was the hero of the hour; now they are gagging to get in the EU with their begging bowls, they've shopped him. So more of OUR taxes will be paid into the EUSSR, to bail out the Balkans, build new roads, rail etc; while our infrastructure withers on the vine, not to mention a load of them emigrating to the UK as economic migrants. observer Posted July 23, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 Coincidentally, it seems Bulgaria's EU handout of 500million euros has been witheld, on the grounds that they havn't solved their systemic problem of fraud and corruption! It gets worse: seems we paid the Bulgarians a load of dosh PRIOR to their joining the EU, precisely to conquer such problems as a condition of their membership.
