On the other hand he can't afford too many of the same if he hopes to get the job full time. James is something of a media virgin and looks uncomfortable in interviews. He should increase eye contact. Constantly looking away makes him look a little shifty He's a likeable cheeky little chappy though isn't he ? If he got me in a headlock at the end of the interview I'd get him in a Boston Crab and make him say *Uncle*.
