Observer II Posted March 24, 2022 Report Share Posted March 24, 2022 With Prince Wills and Kate, having a spring holiday in the carribean; seems they've been hit with protests about historic slavery; and claims of compensation for the actions of our ancestors. Aside from being typical of certain sections of the community, who may sit on their butts and await handouts; I'd like to know how today's generation can be held responsible for previous generations, going back centuries, and operated in the standards of THEIR times ? If this gains any traction, we can all embark on the compen wagon - the Welsh against the (Anglo-Saxon) English; the English against the Norman French and Scandanavian Vikings; not forgetting of course our compen claim against the Romans.
