If you want to maximise your isolation, it seems the Island of Rum (Scotland), pop 40; is seeking to bolster it's population with the provision of four rented eco-houses for suitably skilled applicants - anyone interested ?    😉

What suitable skills are needed Obs? Being able to catch, skin and cook rabbits perhaps?

Farming, fishing, and childcare are some - but I guess being waterproof and naturally insulated against the cold would help !      😉

I'll tell you what is a rum do - the apparent shortage of my favourite brands of rum in the Asda.

Can you get real Navy rum in the shops ?   Think it's call Pussers or something like that ?     😉

Pussers is really good, as is Woods but they are a bit on the expensive side for me. Kraken is another good but expensive brand.
