Operation Yellow Hammer -

A risk assessment by civil servants to prepare for a no deal Brexit, on the basis of a worst case scenario.  This has got the Remoaners running round like headless chickens, with all the gloom and doom predictions they've employed since the referendum.  What the Remoaners fail to understand, as they are wedded to economic concerns, is that generally, Leave voters are wedded to the idea of independence from the EU,  to control of their own National Governance and laws; with an acceptance of possible pain in order to gain their goal.  This seems to be at the root of current polarisation, and is something the Remoaners simply don't get. Their apocalyptic pronouncements about a no deal scenario now verge on hysteria; the only thing they haven't come up with yet, is that asteroid heading for the UK, but give them time.  btw, there's a guy (Mahar Tousi) on Youtube who seems to have a good take on Brexit, worth a look.

The remoaners have, quite deliberately, taken Yellow-hammer to be an accurate prediction of what will happen in case of Brexit instead of it's real purpose which was as a risk assessment of the worst case scenarios. This is a handy scare story for them as it has been prepared by government civil servants so it must be right. A problem is that, as well as being 4 or 5 weeks out of date, it takes no account of measures that have already been taken, or will be taken, to mitigate the effects of Brexit. So pure scaremongering by the usual suspects who are so scared of the big bad world they don't want to let go of Nanny Brussels' hand.

There is a redacted section which has been leaked on twitter. It is about refineries closing because of the decision to place import tariffs of 0 on refined oil products. The problem with the conspiracy theorist position is that the redacted information was in the local press and TV recently. They really do think everyone else but them is thick.
