Knives out for Nigel -

Observer II

Seems the EU has swallowed the CH4 smear campaign and will investigate Nigel's financial affairs; just like they did with Mariane Le Pen.   This from an organisation swimming in corruption that hasn't had it's books audited in over a decade. Don't they know that our Tory Party has been funded by Millionaires since it was founded, and if millionaires want to start funding a popular politician for a change - so be it.  Just sour grapes from our liberal media and the EU.  Still, if they can't play the ball,  I suppose they have to play the man.

Or perhaps the man is simply a crook, too arrogant to play within the rules as he probably thinks he is above them.  He was already found guilty of fraudulent use of EU funds so the shyster has form.

Errm nope; just not taking you people on -  the Electoral Commission, primed by Gordon Brown, went to Brexit HQ on a fishing expedition and found nothing. CH4 has devoted hours to Bank's funding Nigel;   just like millionaires have funded the Tory Party since it's formation;  and Gordon seems to have forgotten Mandleson's Adriatic visit to an Oligarchs yacht, when New Labour had the begging bowl out.  The EU did the same with Le Pen, sponsored by air miles Junker - and got nowhere.

The Leave party, and Banks have been found guilty of committing electoral fraud and are still under investigation.  Farage had his salary docked for fraudulently misspending EU funds and is under further investigation. All relevant to today unlike your trip down memory lane.

As for just not taking you people on, you are joking right?  I can jump you through hoops at will lol

More stupidity from the snowflakes - on this basis, both the Labour and Tory Parties can be sued for lying to the voters in their G/Election manifesto commitments to honour the 2016 referendum.      🙄

Ah but they haven’t have they?   He should be facing another trial for the Turkish accession lies he pedaled too.

It's a non starter in any case, as most politicians would be charged likewise.

It’s been referred to Crown Court lol but don’t fret, it only carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment 😄😄😄

That would be because the offence is triable only on indictment. The decision of the 23rd stated that there was prima facie evidence of an offence. The finding that the action is not vexatious was described thus

"I accept the defence submission that when the applicant commenced his consideration of whether to bring a private prosecution against the proposed defendant, some three years ago, there may have been a political purpose to these proceedings. However, the information for the summons was laid on the 28th February 2019 and that argument in my view is no longer pertinent."

For information the prosecution is being brought by a company called "Brexit Justice Limited"

The decision can be found here: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Ball-v-Johnson-FV-290519.pdf

So convinced was this egomaniac that his Brexit party would win in Peterborough, as they should given the crap surrounding the outgoing former Labour MP,  he pitched up for the result.  Then, on seeing that the public had rejected his personal right wing dogma and total lack of polices he hid in the toilets from reporters like a true coward  and was sneaked out later apparently disguised as a normal person.  What a muppet.  Bravo the Peterborough electorate.
