Still thinking all those who want to leave the EU are right wingers?

Because Dave, they have no concept of risk as they wallow in this Multi-cultural Wendy House that invites the world here, irrespective of our capacity to cope. Interesting that Jeremy Corbyn has said " there can be no upper limit to migration " under the EU's free movement rules.    8)

Wondered how he did it !        The EU contributes around 50% of immigrants, the numbers of which we have absolutely no control over whatsoever, due to the EU's free movement rule. (just a pause to let that sink in).    Non-EU immigration is a controllable factor IF the UK Government were committed to controlling it, which to-date they haven't appeared to be.  On top of this we have illegal immigration, which again requires UK Gov commitment, plus our exit from the ECHR, to ensure any new immigration legislation isn't overridden by it.   8)

You may change your mind once you watch this video.... it is a bit long, but has the honour of being the only time I have agreed with almost anything Labour have said!!

When the far right and the far left meet in the middle there is little to choose between two fringe groups!

People throughout the Western democracies are rejecting the political elites of the centre, in favour of one so-called extreme or the other.    8)

No, the political extremists are trying to con the middle ground voters

      Oh, so all over Europe and the US;  more and more people are rejecting the mainstream because they're being conned - think you've mixed your tablets up !     They're rejecting the mainstream elites,  precisely because they believe they've been conned !       8)

Isn't what's really happening is that the 'financial elites' are effecting a 'divide and rule' strategy?

Re Europe either way they win - we lose!

Fair point Sha; and I suppose it can be argued that the whole EU issue is some kind of capitalist plot; with a surplus of labour pressing down on wages and conditions and the looming threat of the TPP, that will but private Corporations in the driving seat against sovereign Governments. But the fundamental and pragmatic issue is one of migration and the abilty or otherwise of host National Governments to cope with an unprecedented demand on services. Whilst we may live in a globalized world in terms of communications, we ultimately have the simple problem of accommodating increasing numbers in a finite space. I believe experiments with rats have shown that such congestion eventually leads to them to turning on each other.       8)

saw this on the beeb and it made me smile.

The Electoral Commission says the best way to make sure your vote is counted is to mark an X in a box. But a smiley face or anything which is interpreted by a returning officer as an expression of preference "must not be rejected if the voter's intention is clear",

So all the right wingers can happily use a swastika instead of a cross  8)
