Bazj
Then best have a word with the Tory party and tell them you found another of their failed policies and perhaps let people know so that they aren't gullible enough to vote for them Well if they can get £55 grand a year under the nasty Tories....Imagine what the Red party will let them have!! P J
Baz , the price of a stamp is fine for the price of democracy. Even wasted votes are precious in my opinion, but not everyone agrees. http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/396774/It-s-not-a-real-vote-Nigel-Farage-slams-postal-vote-for-making-a-mockery-of-by-election
Evil Sid
So have we established which if any politicians have been out and met "the public" for a photo call or not. it seems that this topic has turned into it's usual sniping war between the pair of you tryng to outdo each other with who did what and to whom. honestly seen more balanced debate between kids arguing over who plays football for their team in the playground. The simplest solution is if no party is good enough then don't vote or vote for the one that has the least number of expense fiddlers, backhand takers, coverup merchants etc.

Evil Sid
have a tv but cannot abide the "if you vote for (insert party of choice) then the country will go kablooie" election coverage. Got so bad that almost turned over to Jeremy Kyle but decided on the test card instead (made for a better election debate). Still when the election is over we can get back to normal (well after they have picked apart who should have got inetc.) now all we have to do is put the question "why are mp's spending money on ipad air 2 AND laptops for all mp's who want them?" as for who went off topic first! does it really matter in the long run. as it seems to turn into immigrants again topics. At least obs has the decency to start topics with Immigrants are taking (insert particular area of intrest) again.

Alas, supporters of UKIP are prone to immigrant blaming for all the ills of the country Sid so no escape unfortunately.
