asperity
The House of Commons is to vote on The Lisbon Treaty this week. Unfortunately non of them will be able to read the finished treaty before the vote because it hasn't been published yet. In addition our illustrious PM Gordon (it wasnae me)Brown who was late arriving for the signing of the treaty in Lisbon, is going to be too late coming back from his little tour of the Far East to actually vote for the Treaty he signed, let alone take part in the Parliamentary process of debate. Not being made of Teflon like Tony, Gordon finds it convenient to be elsewhere when anything important is going on.
