This of course begs the question, how are they now counting them in and counting them out - by hand?! We seem to have the technology now able to monitor car tax (cctv recognition systems etc), with the tax disc now being scrapped. So why can't they come up with a central data base of all folk entering and leaving the country? This of course would only cover official entry points (ports and airports), not sure about small boat harbours. To say our borders are porous would be an understatement, and with hundreds of radicalised jihadis returning from Syria/Iraq; the problem would appear to be a priority. Migrant Watch now estimate there are 2million illegals in the UK, 1 in 30 of the population; not that your ilk are bothered of course.
