More for you Rowman123 as discussed .........re the 'Mole' that dug under Mill Lane Playing Field, Alexandra Park, Fairfield Road and Ellesmere Road as part of the Lumb Brook Surface Water / Acton Grange Foul Sewer works in 1977

The technical term for the process used was  'Bentonite Tunneling Process' if that helps.

Unfortunately I can't remember the site I got these off to credit them and post a direct link. I thought it was the '28dayslater' site but I can't find them on there now so maybe it was another exploration group.  Anyway 'THANKS' to whoever it was :)
