Geoffrey Settle
The WNCF went to Parkgate to see the what could be the only high tide of the year this year - well ok there was an exceptional one earlier because of the extreme weather. The tide wasn't as hide as last November but seeing a fox swimming, mr mole & mr mouse coming out to see if their homes would get flooded, loads of different birds and a beautiful Kestrel coming to feed in front of us - a great place to be - plus we found a cafe open - the Mosquito where we could thaw out and some members get a caffine fix We're off to Liverpool Museum on Saturday for behind the scene tour and our quarterly meet - The Spring one Click on the Facebook link for 79 photos of our trip yesterday. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.530104987102570.1073741914.110886079024465&type=1&comment_id=2835885&offset=0&total_comments=2#!/media/set/?set=a.530104987102570.1073741914.110886079024465&type=1 Mr mole coming out of his house - don't worry his house was just saved.
