Everton

Can any Everton fan(s) explain why many seem to have adopted a Rod Stewart song title " You're in my heart, you're in my soul " as a car rear window slogan?

Considering that the lyrics include the line  "you're every schoolboy's dream, You're Celtic, United",

Can you explain why you're even bothered?

They have probably adopted the song to show that the fans are loyal to the club (your in my heart etc.)

As most youngsters today aspire to be proffesional footballers and earn stupid amounts of money for kicking a an air filled leather ball about, the line every schollboys dream applies.

As for the your celtic united etc. it could be construed that the club is as good if not better than all the others put together.

or it could be that they just llike Rod Stewart.

?????????? What a peculiar comment. Are you Lt Kije in disguise?

Why, does he think you refuse to answer also?

Sid, not sure that I've ever heard Everton fans sing it ( although regular fans may correct me) it's just the line of the song you see printed in car windows,

So Robbo, whilst we are clearing the air, why did Man ure fans adopt a song with "life's a piece of sh1t" in its lyrics.

I have no idea, not being a true, turn up to the match fan, but guessing I would say that for most teams playing against Man U over the past 25 years life has been a piece of sh!t

With the transfer window open and Man ure sniffing round Everton's best players it seems that Gollum is on an "if you can't beat them buy them" policy.  I hope if he does manage to weaken Everton like this that the signings are as successful as Fellaini has so far proven.
