No need to worry about Britain being invaded by foreigners, it's already taking place!.

 

Britain will become one of the world's most ethnically diverse countries in less than 40 years, an academic study has found.

The proportion of minority groups living in Britain will rise from 10% in 2006 to 40% by 2050, the Migration Observatory at the University of Oxford said.

What is the definition 'minority group' based on is it nationality, religion, colour, team supported or some other criteria. If you combine all the minority groups together so that they become the majority what do you call the minority that are left.  Or is it all bullshit anyway because we are all citizens of the UK?

Then it goes on to discuss figures on those who are "foreign-born" (<paging obs>), to demonstrate the point, but ethnic diversity can't be measured by looking at the figures for those born in forrin, it's a bit apples and pears really.

I would love somebody to define definitively what a "minority group" actually is. In my street every house is a minority group as we have just about every race,colour and religion represented and there are only 12 houses. What is the number that magically transforms a minority group into a majority group.(and i don't mean as a percentage because that would be 51% or greater)

 

Based on the point that anybody born in this country is a uk national. Then only if the parents came to this country from "abroad" the parents would be in the minority but the children would not.

The steady trickle of 'visitors who stayed' and were then absorbed into British life over the last thousand years or so really can't be compared to the planned mass immigration into this country which has happened in the last 20 years.

There's never been anything like it.
