Well we're seeing the results of not having the vaccine in Wales at the moment. Smallpox has been eradicated globally through immunisation programmes, so it clearly works if folk are vaccinated.

Of active users I would say about 50% give or take 10% either way Obs, although some would not admit to it. And it would be hard to prove for that reason.

When you look at fact rather than fantasy, the Mail circulation figures are: monday to friday about 1.6 million, saturday about 2.5 million and sunday about 1,75 million. So taking the saturday figure that's only 4% of the entire population so why this forum would have something like 12 times as many Mail readers as the general population will have to remain a mystery :mrgreen:

Where the Gov failed imo, was when the scare started about MMR, they should have reverted to the old single vaccines, whilst the science was investigated. Seem to remember Tory Bliar refusing to say whether Leo was having the MMR jab! Anyway, we now seem to have an unprotected generation.
