Dizzy Posted November 9, 2012 Report Share Posted November 9, 2012 I just caught the last bit of the news on TV about that Obs so didn't see it all but like you say the closing statements did seem to show they have all given up saying there is now no hope. Maybe if they had acted sooner and perhaps banned all imports temporarily in the first place when it was clear that there was a big problem in other countries (prior to having their endless meetings to 'decide' what to do) there may have been some 'hope' !!!! If there is ever a human pandemic and they cock that up too at least there will be plenty of space for them to bury us once chunks of forest areas have died.
