CSA charge?

It costs money to run, somebodies got to pay for it.

They're talking about a one off £50 for a parent with custody to access the service, and 10% or so of the award per month added on to the assessment against the absent parent. All charges can be avoided if the two parents agree on the money without re-course to the CSA.

Sounds fair enough to me, my only reservation is if the absent parent is willing to pay their dues all along but the parent with custody wants more and takes it to the CSA regardless - I hope that wouldn't mean that the absent parent gets hit for the extra 10% if they had already offered to pay an amount similar to the assessment they end up with.
