Cleopatra Posted October 5, 2011 Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 The son of Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmore, Charlie Gilmore, is set to appeal his 16 month prison sentence for disrespecting the memory of the war dead by his antics on the Whitehall Cenotaph and hanging from the Union Flag, as well as jumping onto the bonnet of a royal car then throwing a bin at it. Because daddy is a famous and wealthy pop guitarist does not entitle him to any special consideration and I just hope the the appeal judges will have the balls to increase the sentence rather than reduce it!
