knightsamericancheer Posted November 15, 2007 Report Share Posted November 15, 2007 Hi All, I just wanted to stop by, say hi, and tell you all that I have started an authentic American All-Star cheerleading program in Warrington. I am taking sign-ups from Monday (19th) for girls and guys ages 6-21. Cheerleading is a physically demanding sport. No pom poms, guys!! We do a great deal of gymnastics and stunts (lifting and throwing girls into the air!). This is a great way to encourage your child to stay fit and healthy while he or she learns valuable life skills such as teamwork and community involvement. Plus it's 2-7 hours a week that you'll know where your child is, who they're with, and what they're doing! Due to the nature of the sport, it will take some time to get them trained, but we should be ready in time to catch a few games.
