Geoffrey Settle
We all moan righly about dog owners who ignore their dog's mess and don't bag it ................ but what about those who bag it and hang it on the nearest bush or tree Aren't they just as bad
silverlady54
It's a disgusting habit!
Dizzy
I completely agree and in a way the poop bag droppers are even more irresponsible as the bags and contents stay there indefinately until someone else hopefully pickes them up as they don't 'break down' in the rain etc (if you see what I mean). We used to have a normal bin on our road next to the canal bank but the council removed it for some reason.....so what do some people do ? Well they just drop their bags in the space where the bin once was or they deposit them over the wooden canal fence Disgusting !!
observer
Sounds like you've got a major issue for the Council to resolve there Geoff - good luck!
Dizzy
With the cases that Geoff gives then there's a solution and one that the council would say was the most feasible and cost effective in the long run..... cut all the trees down Actually perhaps I shouldn't joke about that
Eagle
It would be cheaper and more eco friendly to shoot all the dogs.

Peter T
Blame the owners for not clearing it up, not the dogs. There's a lot of that round your way Geoff.
observer
Remember a case of one young "lady", who used to throw the used nappies from her bedroom, onto the garage roof - that's what happens when you pamper them with a Council House! Dizzy
Babies in nappies don't crap on the floor, dogs do; so the answer is no. Babies would poop on the floor and everywhere else for that matter if their 'owners' allowed them to though Eagle.
Eagle
No, babies in nappies poop in nappies.
Dizzy
Take their nappies off and they will still poop wherever and whenever
Eagle
Solution, dogs should not be allowed out without a nappy. Sorted.
Dizzy
Although one downside of that is if you have a hairy mutt like I have it could be a bit messy .. yeuch post edited as it previously said "a hairy mutt like me " ... thank you Victor You can actually buy a nappy for lady dogs though ... best not go into that one eh for the more squeamish on here
Victor
Dizzy, Edit your last post because I'm sure that you are not really a hairy mutt.
