wahl
Apparently the Fire centre at Lingley has been scrapped. Wton guardian states: "Paul Hancock, chief fire officer, described the Goverment?s decision as disappointing. He added: ?It is not surprising given that its completion is long overdue, is over budget and has not delivered a working technical system that will meet the needs of all fire and rescue services across the country " No wonder it was scrapped. Yet another example of incompetent project and financial management . The people who made the original decision should be named and shamed and then retrained as performing chimpanzees. observer
Just another example of the seeming incapacity for the British to deliver high tech projects on time and within original budget estimates.
