Dizzy Posted July 25, 2010 Report Share Posted July 25, 2010 So having mutilated and killed a 2 year old child when he himself was only a 10 year old child...having gone through years of so called help and therapy, having then been released and given a whole and now as an adult having re-offended with images of child porn (not to mention his violence and drug addiction) SHOULD he be given another new identity or be locked up for LIFE ?? Personally I think he should be 'put down' like happens to dangerous dogs ! Lt Kije Posted July 27, 2010 Report Share Posted July 27, 2010 Obs before posting on this why don't you read the whole story the QC said he was restricted as to sentencing because of the age of the defendants. Having said that I agree the sentence was not long enough, The judges have guide lines they must follow when sentencing.
