How much? Oooh, ?83,000... That's a lot of potholes or Sunday buses. Upfront reason (along with lots of references to other unsubstantiated claims): "The Council were overly swayed by the widespread public perception of a right of access to the interior of Bewsey Old Hall which they wished to see continue, regardless of other considerations".
