observer
Wrong again Kyje; I never mentioned Jews or an individual joining the BNP - frankly more interested in policies than personalities.

Rifles
So its propaganda that there are no aspects of Sharia Law within Britian?
Lt Kije
there are no aspects of sharia law recognised by our legal system, as you are no longer fighting the point I take it we are in agreement on her not being jewish. Were you taken in by them
Rifles
I am not taken in by them, whom ever them may be, nor am i taken in by you. I did not write the rules on Jewish Law i merely pointed out that under Jewish Law she is Jewish. As for Sharia Law it does exist within Britian. The key issues are family law, finance and business. In practice many Muslims do turn to Sharia guidance for many of these day-to-day matters, particularly family disputes. These "courts" are legally recognised in English law as a means for warring parties to agree to arbitration. The law sees this as a practical way of helping people to resolve their differences in their own way, without clogging up the local courts. Lt Kije
I also read the Times as of yet NO courts have been set up and if and when they do they will be voluntary and will not take precisense over english law
observer
If "a culture" accepts the arbitration of their own system, rather than resort to British Law; isn't that why arranged marriages persist, and young girls get murdered for loving the wrong guy?
