Seems the Chinese want to introduce an extradition law that will allow them to ship any political dissidents to their re-education camps in W/China.  So the dissidents identify themselves by rioting.  Sadly an exercise in futility.

They've previously and recently shipped dissident booksellers to the mainland never to be heard of again. I was talking to somebody from Hong Kong this week, where I have some business, and they suspect that the government will let the eyes of the world turn away from this latest sign of dissent, then people will start disappearing.

They are making thing 10 times worse with their behaviour.

Just the excuse the mainland needs to move in and completely absorb the territory.

And there is nothing we can do but huff and puff.(and they know it)

Especially as we seem headed for a major confrontation with Iran,as soon as they  seize a British tanker.
