What does that mean though Dizzy? Have you not heard anything by Mozart, Beethoven, Ravel, Glen Miller? There is so much music out there but people are obsessed by what is "popular" today. I came across this particular song and remembered hearing it "when I were a lad" out in the Far East and it struck a chord, which is what music should do.  I think that we have lost the knack of it today somehow, if recent song contests are anything to go by................................................................................................

 

I'm not that old, I was born in the very early 50s. So still alive :unsure::D
