The wife of a rogue foreign "banker" who ran off with the petty cash has managed to spend £16 million in Harrods ,buy a !£10 million golf course & carry out various other large purchases. Could be a good source of income for the government if the police are encouraged to dig deeper into the affairs of our visitors from afar if their incomes can be shown to be proceeds of crime.
