During WW2  the SOE was tasked with assassinating Hitler at Bertesgarten. It was called off at the last minute, when Churchill realised that Hitler's blunders were actually helping the Allies to win the war.  It's all out there Togger if you watch the right TV progs, read the right books etc.  It's also common sense if confronting an absolute dictator.

all that to kill one man?  Ah I see, you want to kill millions of innocent civilians instead, beautiful,

Not at all... you need to take out the entire ruling family and all the military hangers on too

you must have very accurate bombs.  What crimes have your intended victims committed? And how many innocent lives do you consider acceptable collateral damage?

Gosh here I was innocently promoting my FB site Warrington Pledge to Peace and I'm responsible for assassinations and WW3 - I wonder what people outside Warrington think of this rhetoric?

I think you are just making it up as you go along to suit your agenda .  No evidence just you pissing in the wind really.   This absolute dictator you refer to, is he the one with the most nuclear weapons?

I realise there may be a shortage of school books and libraries are closing, but didn't realise that ignorance was so extensive amongst the younger generation.

Togger, OK we'll do it your way; just google SOE Operation Foxley 1944, and you'll get the detail from Wilki.     -_- You can also find Operation Bramble, an Israeli plan to take out Saddam Hussein, as well as US special forces plans to do the same during the Gulf War. <_<  And while were on the subject, there are numerous examples of ISIS leaders being deliberately "taken out" by drones, a simple strategy of taking off the head to immobilise the body.

So , for evidence, you offer up something that never happened over 70 years ago,  insightful.

Which libraries have closed recently in Warrington?  Mind you, recently for you could be any time dating back to B.C. :D

Or we can do it your way and kill every civilian on the planet, just in case.

Having established that assassination is and has been, an option considered by Governments in such circumstances; the point being to establish that there may be options other than "killing every civilian on the planet" or in N/Korea at least.

Anyway - Although Britain is currently out of the range of North Korean missiles, eMoov has revealed the blast radius of a nuclear strike on 20 major British cities in case tensions do escalate.

Here is a map to show you where the safest place in the UK is to live https://uk.yahoo.com/news/uk-estate-agent-publishes-bizarre-111800263.html

Are we still looking at a four minute warning ? If so ,running away is a pretty pointless exercise anyway.
