While the UK enforce all the rules places like Greece and Hungry on the whole don't I recall going to see Santa with a group of friends in Finland one year. In a restaurant while one of the girls was looking through her handbag she placed some cigarettes on the table, a waiter produced a ash tray. I have never known this to happen n the UK.
