Sha
Back to news page comments. Before you can post a comment you have to fill in, name, email, website. There's nothing to say these details won't be printed with the comment. The thought of having an inbox full of unsolicited junk might be off putting. Evil Sid
you can always do what i do for these type of things and use a seperate account for them. eg i have three different email addresses. one is my home one which i rarely give out and provided by my broadband service. the other two are a yahoo one and a hotmail one. these last two i use for filling in details on forms that require an email address. as a result they do tend to get a lot of spam n them but as i only check them once a week it does not bother me that much that i have 52 emails giving me varying amount of discounts on viagra and the like. Dizzy
Sha in the name box you can put anything eg your screen name (Sha), real name or whatever you like and it's clear by looking at any other comments that have already been left the name you put is the only thing that is shown You can just leave the 'website' field blank and no idea why it's got that anyway. As for email addresses, you always had to put one in when the comment facility used to be there on the old site and they aren't used for anything other than for the checks that are run to hopefully keep the spammers out. You wont get any spam emails or anything by putting yours in the comment form
