They can if they can justify it on safety grounds. Anything that reduces accidents must be good yes? So a blanket ban for any "mental aberration" should achieve this.

 

Oh and don't call me shirley (unless i am out with the "girls" at the weekend) :mrgreen:

 

Mind you if you have ever watched some of those youtube videos of crashes in russia then about ninety percent of the people on the road would be banned under those rules.

 

Would certainly make a routine trafic stop more interesting though. Imagine the questions they would have to ask. :wacko:  :oops:  :oops:
