Â Very few people use the BBC for info, it is the most inaccurate source there is, even before it puts its deliberate slant on things. Â London's population is 59% white which even you should realise is not a minority, and the second language isn't Polish, it is Welsh. They don't even know when folk overstay their visas, and appear to have no system for ensuring they don't - they just disappear from the radar. As for your percentages, google the ONS Census data, you may find it interesting; for example:- 1 in 3 Londoners were born outside of the UK.
